Parade banners
are allowed to be carried in the parade.
Restrictions apply for political and commercial
banners. There is a registration fee for
all commercial banners. The National Tartan
Day New York Committee, Inc. reserves
the right to exclude banners, vehicles,
or any materials it deems, in it's sole
discretion, to be objectionable, and/or
person(s) who do not meet the standards
of the National Tartan Day New York Committee.
