James Bond, played by actor Daniel Craig, appears in Glencoe and Glen Etive in scenes for the next Bond film – Skyfall. The film will launch in the USA on the November 9th.
The Glencoe film location featured in the film is managed by the National Trust of Scotland. Anna Preuss, National Trust for Scotland’s new filming manager, said: “It was a really great experience to be on a set like this but the greatest reward was the feedback of the crew who were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the surroundings and the stags that suddenly appeared in front of the camera.”
The National Trust of Scotland USA Foundation will be hosting their annual a fundraising event during Tartan Week on April 9th, 2013.
